Psychiatric Evaluation

ACBC offers psychiatric evaluations with the psychiatrist or the psychiatric nurse practitioner. We focus on individuals whose symptoms may interfere with stabilizing and their recovery efforts.

If medication is prescribed, the patient will be scheduled for follow up visits for medication management. ACBC will refer the individual for ongoing care with the mental health or primary care provider of their choice as part of their discharge plan.
